Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk

I liked the location - close to the main Belem sights and my work venue. The hotel included SPA and impressive rooftop! Staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the design and the conform of the room.

Great location, with easy access to trains, buses, and ferries. 5 minutes train journey into Lisbon. Belem Tower, a few minutes walk, as is the discovery tower. The view from the pool terrace and the bar terrace is beautiful, Great to watch the boats going up and down the river. Our room was spacious, the bed so comfortable. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was great, loved the pasteis de nata in the room, staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa is amazing!
